[26 Jan 2010|01:52am] netpal.com was created summer of 2008 as a blogging source for young adults and adults alike from all over the globe. the website is dedicated to keeping it's members happy by supplying custom layout options, file sharing options, and premium membership for free. because members have joined from all over the globe, netpal has quickly become one of the fastest growing blogging websites, and one of the most popular websites on the internet since it's arrival in 2008. netpal allows their members to make custom usernames and post anything they like (as long as it's legal, of course!). to sign up, all you need is a username and a screenname and the ability to post once every three weeks once you become a member. you will also need the ability to keep ooc and ic separate and provide examples when applying. updates can be about whatever you want them to be about, as long as it's realistic, and doesn't lack in substance. characters can be from anywhere in the globe but all characters must be over the age of sixteen. also, when making your characters, try to make them live in all different locations and live in all different types of situations. don't form a clique and have everyone be hipsters from brooklyn or rich kids from california. there are other places in the world and characters should inhabit these places just like real people! if you have questions or concerns, see the screened post! challenges will be allowed but please keep it to the minimum of one per played by and if the person you want to challenge is active in rps, please choose someone else! after all, it's just a face, and the face shouldn't matter. taken list | storylines
